On cancellations
Orders process and ship quickly — usually within 1–2 business days. If you need to cancel, contact us immediately at support@tryrefolia.com. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll cancel it in full. Once a shipping confirmation has been sent, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded until the 90-day cycle is complete.
